Am I paying a deposit or the full price?
The preorder is a full US$129 product payment, not a deposit. Shipping is not included. We’ll quote it separately before dispatch, and it will require your approval and separate payment.
Will Wompy arrive in time for Christmas?
We expect to dispatch before Christmas 2026. This is an estimated dispatch window, not a promise of arrival by Christmas. Production, destination, transit time and customs can affect the date your Wompy reaches you.
What if the shipping quote doesn’t work for me?
There is no automatic extra shipping charge. Under our cancellation policy, you can cancel before dispatch and receive a full refund of your product payment, including if you don’t accept the shipping quote.
Can I cancel or return my Wompy?
Our cancellation policy allows cancellation before dispatch for a full product refund. Our voluntary change-of-mind policy allows a return request within 14 days of delivery for an unused, unopened item in its original packaging. Under that voluntary policy, return postage is your responsibility and original shipping is not refundable, except for a defective or incorrect item.
These conditions do not limit mandatory cancellation, inspection or refund rights, including any applicable right to a standard-delivery refund. Opening a package does not by itself remove your statutory rights.
What do we know about the finished toy?
The conversation experience and companion app are complete, with finalized age guidance for ages 5+ and finalized privacy controls. Product photos show the physical sample. Contact support@wompy.world for setup, privacy and product safety documentation. Please read the current product facts rather than treating the illustrated scenes as a hardware demonstration.
