What exactly is Wompy?
Wompy is a planned AI plush built around the character of a curious beginner. The idea is simple: children explain things, invent ideas and tell stories to their little friend. The physical sample is shown above; the conversation experience is still in development.
What would my child actually do with Wompy?
The intended experience is playful back-and-forth: Wompy asks a curious question, your child explains or imagines, and another idea can grow from their answer. Dinosaur facts, building ideas and made-up stories are examples. This website shows scripted illustrations of that idea, rather than the finished toy’s performance.
What ages will Wompy be suitable for?
Final age guidance and product safety information are still being confirmed. These details will be available before ordering opens. The illustrated children on this page are imagined play scenes, not age recommendations or customer photographs.
Does it need an app or a subscription?
A companion app is planned, and no subscription is planned at launch. Supported phones, connectivity, setup requirements, final app features and any future costs still need to be confirmed.
What about privacy and parental controls?
Product and app privacy details, data handling and parental controls have not yet been finalized. They will be published before ordering opens. The play on this website is prewritten, does not access your microphone, and does not ask for a child’s name or other personal details.
