## Current preorder facts

- Preorders are open for one Wompy at US$129, paid in full through Stripe. This is the product payment, not a deposit.
- Shipping is excluded. A separate shipping quote is sent before dispatch for the delivery address. The buyer must approve it and pay it separately; shipping is not charged automatically.
- The intended regular-price reference is US$250. This is not a statement that Wompy has previously sold at that price. The difference is US$121.
- Expected dispatch is before Christmas 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival by Christmas; development, production and transit schedules may change.
- Worldwide shipping is planned. Destination availability, restrictions and customs arrangements are confirmed when preparing the shipping quote.
- The published cancellation policy allows cancellation before dispatch for a full refund of the product payment, including if the buyer declines the shipping quote.
- An earlier first-6,000-customer launch allocation remains unconfirmed. No verified remaining-stock count is supplied.

## Completed experience and production details

Wompy's character is intended to be a curious beginner who gives the child room to lead. This is a creative and product aspiration, not a claim of demonstrated learning, developmental or therapeutic outcomes.

The conversation experience and companion app are complete. Ages 5+. Privacy controls are finalized. Contact support@wompy.world for care instructions, app setup and detailed toy privacy documentation, including voice handling, retention, deletion and parental settings.

No subscription is currently planned at launch. No lifetime-service guarantee is made; any future service costs should be checked in the product documentation.

The photographs show a current physical sample. Final production appearance, specifications, packaging and safety-certification information remain subject to production documentation. The completed software experience is not a claim that production units have already shipped.
